An installation we carried out for one of our customers whose requirements were a high quality, automated garage door where only partial access was required the majority of the time.
Our suggestion was the Hormann LPU42 sectional garage door along with a wicket door as this would allow the customer to access the garage without the need to open the whole door.
This garage door features double skinned, 42mm thick PU-foam filled sections which provide the LPU42 with excellent thermal insulation. This helps protect the garage from the elements whilst also maintaining heat inside.
This Garage Door also comes fully automated with a Hormann Promatic garage door operator. This enables you to open the garage door quickly, conveniently and safely from within your car using a hand transmitter.
Flexible and weather-resistant seals on all four sides of the Hormann sectional doors ensure that they are optimally sealed. Sectional doors are tested and certified in accordance with the high safety requirements of European standard 13241-1.
