Successful Garage Door installation company seeks an experienced Branch Manager for their Upminster Branch. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a small but busy team and manage the planning, co-ordination and operation of the branch.

The Role

You will be responsible for all aspects of running and maintaining an efficient Branch operation, answering, and making telephone calls, responding to emails, and processing paperwork. You will have a team of 4 to manage and provide general support to. This role also involves lifting garage doors.

Responsibilities will include;

  • Managing a team of 4 staff
  • Handling enquiries and sales of Garage Doors and related products
  • Responding to emails
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries from the general public, work colleagues and suppliers
  • Dealing with customers face to face
  • Some heavy lifting involved
  • Check condition and quantities of all delivered goods against delivery notes

Essential Skills/Competencies

The ideal candidate should have some supervisory, sales, and admin experience with clear communication skills.

Successful Garage Door installation company seeks a repair engineer to repair residential garage doors and associated products, including installations in the Essex area. An experienced garage door engineer would be ideal; however, we are prepared to train applicants who have the right skill set and background.

The Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager and working closely with our team of Fitters. You will be responsible for repairing garage doors and associated products mainly at residential properties. This is a challenging yet rewarding customer facing role.

Essential Skills/Competencies

  • Practical manual skills
  • Clean driving licence – a maximum of 3 points is acceptable
  • Ability to work alone and in a team environment

Desirable

  • Experience working in the Garage Door/Construction Industry/Double Glazing/Motor Trade etc.
  • Own hand and power tools

This is a challenging yet rewarding customer facing role. Ideally you will be situated in the Watford and Herts area. This is a customer facing role.

Successful Garage Door installation company seeks an experienced Administrator for their New Malden Branch. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a small but busy team and assist in the planning, co-ordination and operation of the branch.

The Role

Reporting to, as well as working alongside the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for processing and invoicing customer orders as well as ensuring the Branch reports are completed and submitted on time to Head Office. You will be also be dealing with our customers over the phone and face to face.
