Customer Service Administrator

Based in Crawley, West Sussex
Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday

Successful Garage Door distribution and installation company seeks a full-time experienced Administrator for a challenging hands on role. This is a great opportunity to play a key part in the small but busy purchasing team, assisting with customer orders, delivery planning and inventory ordering.

The Role

Reporting to and working alongside the Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for keeping purchase order records up to date. You will act as a liaison between supplier and customer, ensuring the customer is kept up to date about their delivery and chasing the suppler for the information required. You will need to accurately check order acknowledgements against purchase orders and provide general administrative support to the purchasing and sales departments.

Responsibilities will include

  • Organising customer delivery runs
  • Chasing and checking manufacturer order acknowledgments
  • Order progressing/chasing manufacturers
  • Order change management
  • Point of contact for warranties, customers and order progression
  • Notifying customers of orders coming into stock or of possible delays via email/phone
  • Taking payments from customers
  • Various Admin Tasks

Installations Coordinator

Based in Crawley, West Sussex

Successful Garage Door distribution and installation company seeks a full-time experienced Administrator for a challenging hands on role. This is a great opportunity to play a key part in the small but busy installations team and assist in the planning and scheduling of Garage Door installations.

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager and working alongside the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for planning and running the garage door installations diary and ensuring the garage doors are despatched on time to meet the installation date. You will be the first point of call for our fitters and customers and liaise between the two.

Responsibilities will include;

  • Planning and Diary Management for 2 x Garage Door Fitters
  • Ensure the Fitters have submitted their weekly paperwork to the Office Coordinator
  • Raise Fitter’s Paperwork
  • Raise Order Paperwork
  • Responsible for Despatching and Invoicing Fitting Jobs
  • Filing Fitting Paperwork
  • First point of call for Fitters and Customers
  • Assist the Sales Manager with other duties when required

Driver – Crawley, West Sussex

The Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for loading, unloading and delivering our garage doors to customers within London and South East. There will also be some general warehouse duties including picking and packing of orders. This is a customer facing role.

Responsibilities will include;

  • Driving to a number of regular customers in the South East
  • Loading/unloading vehicles
  • Some general warehouse duties
  • Some picking/packing orders

Essential Skills/Competencies

  • Clean Driving Licence, a maximum of 3 points is acceptable
  • Experience of driving around the South East
  • Physically fit, as there is heavy lifting involved.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Trustworthy

Hours; 7.30am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday

The Role

An experienced garage door fitter would be ideal; however, we are prepared to train applicants who have the right skill set and background.

Reporting to the Branch Manager and working closely with our team of Fitters. You will be responsible for installing garage doors and associated products mainly to residential properties. This is a challenging yet rewarding customer facing role.  Ideally you will be situated in the Watford and Herts area. This is a customer facing role.
