Our customer needed to convert his double garage from using two garage doors into a one large automatic garage door due to the limited space within the openings within the two separate garage doors.

We completely transformed their garage by providing a double garage door conversion. We removed the centre pier and installed an RSJ lintel that spans the distance across the two openings, allowing space for much wider door and easier parking. All measured and customised precisely for their requirements.

The door we chose for this installation was the Elite sectional garage door from SeceuroGlide as these doors come with a range of unique design features to ensure they have a reliable door for many years to come. Our recent installation of a compact roller garage door. This specific customer was after a roller door due to the limited space available both internally and externally. They initially selected the Seceuroglide Classic, however the coil on standard roller doors was just too large to fit between the garage door opening and garage ceiling.

Our solution was the SWS Compact Roller Garage Door, utilising an insulated aluminium slat that is significantly narrower than those featured on the Classic. This allows a tighter, smaller coil requiring just 8” (205mm) of headroom.

SeceuroGlide Compact Roller Garage Doors also feature maximum weather protection to block cold draughts whilst also keeping your garage warm especially during the coming cold, autumn and winter months.

Compact doors are available in ten paint finishes and a choice of over forty wood grain finishes that combine low maintenance with durability. This SeceuroGlide classic automated roller garage door was requested by one of our customers as they were looking for a new garage door to match the exterior theme of their home. Due to the short drive & limited space within the garage their ideal garage door had to be one which took minimal room and which also came automated allowing the customer to drive straight into their garage in adverse weather conditions.
